Sunday highlights

Not a lot of time this morning to blog, though I'll be out at HDC tonight for Crew-Chivas.

Attendance was horrible last night. I think that may have been the worst ever for a league game at the HDC. I didn't go, but I've heard complaints about people not being able to get the $1 food and drinks even though they arrived before kickoff. Attendance seems to be down league wide, with the exception of Seattle and Toronto. Even once solid franchises like LA and DC are having trouble. The economy? Perhaps, but in LA its more the loyal fans getting screwed over by the FO. I wish we had sold Beckham over the summer so we (Galaxy) could focus on building on MLS team, lowering prices, and bringing back the loyal fans who stuck with the team from the beginning.
